Individual Note:
One of the LDS records lists Johanna's Last name as (Ternnil)
I found on Ancestry.com a copy of the 1870 England census where Johanna Temme was working as a 19 year old. She worked as a servant doing nursing. Our family always mentioned that Johanna was a servant, but they thought it was for Queen Victoria. She was working on Victoria Square in the town of Bristol, Parish of Clifton. Oh well the story wasn't too far off.
It appears around 1910 (census) that Johanna by herself in Denver, Colorado with children:
Bertha M Geleng 28
Ella L Geleng 26
Elizabeth E Geleng 21
Martha E Geleng 19
Martin A Geleng 18
Gretchen C Geleng 16
She is listed as divorced in the 1910 census
She states on the 1910 Census that she bore 14 children but only 10 were currently living.

Her ex-husband is listed in the same 1910 census is listed as divorced and living alone in Chicago . Sandy has listed her as dying 2 years later in 1912 in Chicago, IL, but she shows listed in the 1920/1930 census.
In 1930 Johanna was Living by herself in Manhattan Township, Illinois
